The return of the AT Power Formula Student / SAE throttle body is here. After a redesign based on flow analysis from the University of Hertfordshire, the new and improved unit features a larger 28mm throttle blade, optimised restrictor angles and ram pipe trumpet, which now directly mates to a lightweight ITG filter (not included). Now with more TPS options available, and still made to our high standards. This improved larger throttle has been designed especially for retro fitment, and should be a direct exchange for our original 24mm throttle. All this improvement, and for the same price as before. The 28mm throttle bore size was chosen to provide maximum controllability throughout the rev range, while the shaftless technology improves the airflow further.

Independent tests show AT Power throttles with shaftless blade technology outperform conventional throttle bodies, flowing up to 10% more air. AT Power throttles give the benefits of butterfly throttles with improved part throttle performance and more mid range torque, while delivering the ultimate power of roller barrel or slide throttles.

Made from highly attractive billet machined aluminium housings. It is fully assembled and ready to bolt straight to the engine. The Throttle Body is factory balanced and calibrated to a set idle condition.

An AT Power Throttle Body is the ultimate in quality, fit and finish. Can be anodised to colour of choice. Installation is fast and simple: takes 20-30 minutes.
